Covid-19 Update - 4th May 2020 - Deralam reopening
We are happy to announce that we are reopening on a phased return to be able to supply you during these unique times.
Through our period of closure we have been following Government guidance and taken time to assess how we can adapt our business.
From the week commencing 04 May we will operate a COLLECTION ONLY service from our Standish and Dunstable sites. Collections will be available from 10:00-15:00 and we have introduced measures to ensure the safety of you and our teams.
We then plan to commence deliveries from 12 May to trade customers on a limited delivery schedule.
From 18 May, we will then look to expand our delivery schedule further and will evaluate it weekly.
From 26 May, we will look to introduce home deliveries.
We will initially be operating a reduced fleet of vehicles, but will be looking to return to a full delivery service as soon as possible. However we do request that you work with us and be as flexible as possible as we work together in these rapidly evolving times. We also request that you unload your goods from our vehicles, either mechanically or with your own teams to allow distancing measures to be maintained. Where this is not possible, our driver will assist to the nearest point of relief.
Whilst our sales team is reduced and homeworking measures are in place we request that all sales order enquiries are emailed to sales@deralam.co.uk We are open for business, and in this way we can ensure your enquiry is handled promptly.
